This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides refunds for its services and digital products.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- E-commerce solutions
- Digital marketing services
- SEO and branding services
- Software and application development
Due to the nature of digital services, all deliverables are intangible and non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
2.1 Before Project Commencement
- Full refund may be issued if the project has not yet started
2.2 Partial Refund
- If a project has started but is not completed, a partial refund may be granted based on the work already completed
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The project has been completed and delivered
- Client delays or fails to provide required information
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after approved milestones
3. Revision Policy (Important)
We collect your data through:
- Website forms (contact, inquiry, or registration forms)
- Cookies and tracking technologies
- Direct communication (email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels)
- Third-party services (analytics, advertising platforms, integrations)
3. How We Use Your Information
We provide revisions as per the agreed project scope:
- Number of revisions will be defined in the service agreement
- Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email.
- If cancellation occurs before work begins → eligible for full refund
- If cancellation occurs after work has started → refund will be prorated based on completed work
5. Digital Products (If Applicable)
For any digital products (themes, templates, plugins, etc.):
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Exceptions may apply in case of technical defects that cannot be resolved
6. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating any payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Legal action where applicable
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Within 7–14 business days
- Using the original payment method
8. Limitation of Liability
Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses due to delays or external factors
