Yes. StackPilot App is a one-time purchase. You pay once and use the version you bought forever. No recurring fees, no monthly billing, no surprise invoices.

Do you store my server credentials or SSH keys?

Never. Your SSH keys, tokens, and passwords are stored in your OS keychain only — never on StackPilot's servers. Every SSH command goes directly from your desktop to your server with no cloud proxy in between.

Which cloud providers and Linux distros are supported?

StackPilot App works with any Linux server you can SSH into — DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS, Vultr, or your own hardware. Fully tested on Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04, and Debian Stable.

What frameworks and tech stacks does it support?

One-click installers are included for Laravel, WordPress, Symfony, Next.js, Nuxt.js, React (Vite), Vue (Vite), Angular, Svelte, Node.js, and Static sites. Multi-PHP version support is built in.

What's your refund policy?

You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. The team reviews your request and responds within a further 14 days. The full process takes up to 28 days total from purchase date.

What's the difference between the Solo, Pro, and Power plans?

Solo ($129) — 2 servers, 1 device, 1 seat. Auto-deployments are not included. Pro ($249) — 5 servers, 1 device, 1 seat, auto-deployments included. Most popular. Power ($599) — 10 servers, 5 devices, 5 seats, auto-deployments included. All plans have unlimited sites and lifetime app usage.

Can I upgrade my plan later if I need more servers?

Yes. Reach out to the StackPilot team at [email protected] and they'll manually process the upgrade. Self-serve upgrades are on the roadmap. Plans go up to 50 servers — contact them for larger custom setups.

What payment methods are accepted?

Razorpay for India-based customers, and PayPal for international purchases. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes — GST for India or local taxes are calculated at checkout.
