1. Services
Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. provides digital services including but not limited to:

- E-commerce solutions
- Digital marketing and SEO
- Branding and UI/UX design
- Software and application development
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in any activity that may harm our systems or reputation
- Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client, except for:
- Third-party tools or licenses
- Pre-existing frameworks or code libraries
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
4. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per agreed terms or invoices
- Projects may require advance payment or milestone-based payments
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
5. Revisions & Scope
- Services are provided based on agreed scope
- Additional work outside scope will be charged separately
- Revisions are limited to the agreed number in the contract or proposal
6. Cancellation & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Misuse of services occurs
Clients may terminate services with written notice. Refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creativesense Solutions Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Delays caused by third-party services
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may include integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information except where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
